Job Description:
We are in search of a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role, based on a commission structure, requires individuals to generate leads, explore potential clients, and successfully close sales to meet specified revenue targets. The primary responsibilities include identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and promoting our products/services to fulfill customer needs.
Responsibilities:
– Seek and create leads using various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
– Conduct persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products/services, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
– Establish and maintain strong client relationships to comprehend their needs, preferences, and purchasing patterns.
– Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, striving to meet or surpass sales targets and objectives.
– Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
– Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to devise strategies for market expansion and customer retention.
– Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
– Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance our brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
– Candidates should hold an OND/HND qualification with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
